Plans and Billing
How paid plans work: prices, renewal, upgrading, cancelling, refunds and what happens when a plan ends. Last updated 24 September 2026.
Plans and prices
- Your first property is free. No card is needed, and it stays free for as long as you keep your account. Use it to try the platform properly before you pay for anything.
- Do It Yourself plans cover 2 to 5 properties, at $99 a year for each property after the first, as shown on the pricing page. Each payment covers 12 months.
- Done For You is quoted and agreed with you directly, and its terms are set out in that agreement.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. A tax invoice is emailed to you for every payment, and past invoices are available at any time from Manage billing on your account page.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically every 12 months, on the anniversary of your payment, at the price on the pricing page at that time. We email you a reminder before each renewal, so a charge is never a surprise. If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date (see below).
Upgrading
You can move to a plan with more properties at any time from your account page. Before you confirm, you are shown exactly what you will pay today: the new plan's price, less a credit for the unused time on your current plan. A fresh 12 months starts from that day.
To move to fewer properties, cancel your plan. When your paid year ends, remove properties down to the number you want and choose the smaller plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the 12 months you have already paid for, then it ends and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Because your first property is free to use before you pay, payments are not refundable, including for any unused time after you cancel or upgrade (unused time on an upgrade is credited towards the new plan instead).
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your remedies if the service has a major failure.
When a plan ends
Your information is not deleted. If you hold more than one property when a paid plan ends, all of them become read-only: you can still view them, download reports and delete properties, but you cannot edit or add properties until you renew. If you delete down to one property, your account works as a free account again. The calculators and your saved calculator reports are not affected.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment does not go through, your plan keeps working while the payment is retried over about two weeks, and we email you so you can update your card in Manage billing. If every retry fails, the plan ends as described above.
One free property per person
The free property is for one person, once. Creating extra accounts to get more free properties is not allowed, and we may limit accounts that do.
Changes to prices or these terms
We may change prices or these terms from time to time. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
